The campaign for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has been remastered and some Call Of Duty fans can pick it up right now
It looks like all of the rumors flowing out there are indeed true and Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2‘s single-player campaign has been remastered and is available right now for those PS4 gamers looking to experience it all again. It will be coming to the PC and Xbox One on April 30th for those that are missing out on it all right now, so there is a nice little light at the end of that tunnel for you. Especially after taking a look at how Beenox has updated Infinity Ward‘s original vision for this Call Of Duty entry. Not that it ever felt like the game needed an update, but it did launch so long ago that it is nice to be able to go back in and give it all one more run.
Not only a run on the current-gen systems but with all of the updates we should expect from a Call Of Duty remaster. Everything has been updated to take advantage of the 4K resolutions we can pump out now, there is a lift on the frame rates so they will be uncapped, and we are getting a bit more added into the animations of the game. All to make it look like the best version it could have been if the technology was there back in the day. Not that Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was not already looking top-notch back then. That could just be how I am remembering it and it could have some shoddy graphics based on what we now have. I guess it will be time to make new memories of the game.
