The PlayStation Experience Is Bringing A Lot Of Games To The Masses

The list of video games that will be at the PlayStation Experience has been released as well as the PlayStation Experience panels to sit through

In just about a week the gaming community will descending on Anaheim to take part in this year’s PlayStation Experience. We’ve seen a lot of developers already that have been on the list to show off some goods out there and now we get to finally see what will be on the floor and playable. Here we have the list of video games that will be at the PlayStation Experience. They run the gamut of PS3 to PS4 to PS VR and so forth, as was to be expected, and some of them are games that most of the masses out there have yet to be able to experience. At least some of them being in the area of PS VR and many have been waiting to pull that trigger from what I’ve seen.

Interestingly, it also looks like a lot of the titles here are of games that will have been released for over a month or so. I do see a few out there that have only been in video mode for PlayStation so far but it looks like those numbers are really low. At least in my book. I remember the first PlayStation Experience where there were a plethora of new games that have yet to be touched by gamer hands. Granted these are just the announced ones so far and maybe there could be hidden ones that will be on the floor but won’t be named until the opening ceremony of the event. That’s how Drawn To Death was brought to be after all.

Of course if you are looking for something to kill time when the lines are long, or trying to see when they will tin out, do remember that the PlayStation Experience will also have a few panels going on to discuss new games and issues in the industry. We have a list of those just below for you although it too is a bit on the sparse side. In fact, Saturday looks to still be up in the air as all we have are times but no descriptions. Then you have Sunday that looks to start off with Horizon Zero Dawn and then focus on what a lot of gamers generally don’t want to sit through. I’m not saying that the other two panels won’t be worth it but they don’t strike me as “need to” kind of deals.

Saturday, December 3

  • 12:00pm: Unannounced Panel
  • 1:00pm: Unannounced Panel
  • 2:00pm: Unannounced Panel

Sunday, December 4

Horizon Zero Dawn, GT Sport, and all the latest details coming out of PS Experience — 2017 is looking pretty dang good for PlayStation! Join Greg Miller and Colin Moriarty, plus special guests for a live recording of the internet’s No. 1 PlayStation podcast.

  • 2:00pm: Accessibility: Making Games for All Gamers

Accessibility features help empower all gamers—not just those with disabilities—and we want to set an industry standard of inclusion. We’re bringing together some of the top minds from the accessibility community, PlayStation and Naughty Dog to discuss best practices for game developers and to share powerful stories about the broader impact of accessibility features in games.

Will you be at this year’s PlayStation Experience or will you be missing out? How many games on the list will you be aiming to get in while out there or are you still missing things on the list? Will you be planning on panels or will you be waiting until most likely Friday to make that call as there wasn’t much of an announcement for all of that? Let us know down in the comments and discuss. As more on the PlayStation Experience comes out, we will have it. Be sure to stay right here as I am sure there will be more that has yet to be announced and you won’t want to go in blind.
