World War Z Breaks Down More Of The Gameplay Barriers For Us

World War Z

A new gameplay breakdown for World War Z is here to show off some more of World War Z and how we will survive the multiple locations we will go to

In eleven days from now, we will be entering a new world of World War Z on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Some of us are extremely excited for this and others are still questioning just what Saber Interactive will be bringing with this new zombie game. Others in the same vein have failed recently so there is a lot of pressure on World War Z to do well and keep out attention for the genre and creatures. Some of us have hit a breaking point for it all while others are still embracing. This is why I am offering up a new look at the game to snag a few more on the outskirts.

As you will be able to see below, we have a new gameplay breakdown for World War Z where the Creative Director walks us through what to expect. At least in terms of the first three “episodes” of the game, as we did have a fourth and free one announced not long ago. It will just come a bit after April 16th when World War Z officially launches. All semantics though because I doubt the gameplay will change all too much between them in the basics. You may need to use the AI of the game to scale the enemies based on your situation, but that is something built in to make you play experience better. Even in its early form last year, it worked pretty well. I am sure it is vastly improved given the time.

World War Z — Gameplay Overview

Narrated by Saber’s Creative Director Oliver Hollis-Leick, dive into the intense action that you can expect while scavenging, running and blasting hordes of hundreds of zombies.

Are you ready and waiting for World War Z to drop out there or have you lost touch with the undead for now? How do you feel about the game’s AI changing difficulties on the fly to make sure you are never too overwhelmed or under-challenged? Do you think there will be an option to turn that off for those who want a true challenge to it all? Let us know what you are thinking down in the comments and then feel free to discuss. When we have more to share for World War Z, we will share it here. Just keep checking in here to see more of that as we get closer to launch.
