The announcement for #SAWGenesis left many of us scratching our heads with the premise and story. That is to say the least. Not that it sounded like it would be a bad game from Anshar Studios and Broken Mirror Games. Just that it felt like it was outside the norm of the IP so much that it might not work. Then again, Bloober Team has been backing so many great projects as of late, it would have been bad form to just dismiss SAW: Genesis based just on the story and setting. That can all be tossed aside as long as the game has a fun gameplay loop and plenty of things to keep us all locked into our #PC for it. That, thankfully, is why we are here again for the game. Now, we get to see just how this 3v1 asymmetrical horror game will actually play as the game carries on.

A new #PC is hitting the market with the latest #Steam Machine hitting the market out there. Well, more that Valve is giving us all the ability to reserve a new bit of hardware for us all to play our backlog of video games, that just also happens to be more of a PC than the past iterations of the hardware some of us still have. As long as you are ready to drop some funds on the new machine that might be closer to those of a lower-end gaming PC. We’re talking about $1050 for the basic version, and then things can go up from there. Things are starting to flow out even more for There Are No Ghosts At The Grand, as we have a little more of the gameplay to take in, along with a fun behind-the-scenes interview to help give us all a little more context to what is going on in the game. Not that Friday Sundae has not already done a wonderful job with all of that. It is just nice to get something new to look at and explain why we are going to have so many musical numbers in There Are No Ghosts At The Grand. I mean, beyond it adding a bit of whimsy into the world and giving us songs we can play with. Yes, we will get to participate in these songs and not just have to sit through them while waiting for the next renovation project we have to tackle in the game. Character guides for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls are coming out there, with Captain America the first fighter of #MarvelTokon: Fighting Souls
With the launch of Marvel Tōkon: #FightingSouls only a little over a month out, August 6th, it feels as if now is the right time to get deeper dives into each of the fighters that are coming. I don’t just feel that way, as it seems that Arc System Works also feels the same way. All as a way to say that we are kicking off the character guides for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls so we can be mostly ready for the fights when the game lands on the #PS5 and #PC. Who better to start all of this off than the living legend himself, Captain America? So, get ready to see what he is bringing to the fight, and how we are all going to be pulling off the various combos and special attacks as the fights play out.

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of #videogames on the site this week
It is time to put one more week in the bag when it comes to all of those video games out there. We have been doing what we can to catch up to all of the announcements and updates we have had up to now, but we still have many more to go. Especially when we have updates like #HellraiserRevival getting a release date, and other games like #Hitman Classic Trilogy Remastered getting updates outside of the big events that went down. Not to mention other video games like #ControlResonant and Resonance: #APlagueTale Legacy getting a lot of new footage just ahead of the release cycle they are about to get into. So many fun titles and so little time. Not to mention, so many more to go.

A little more gameplay footage for Fable is here, to go along with all the ways you can pre-order #Fable as of now
We need to start building up all of our power now, as Fable will be releasing on February 23rd, 2027, on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. A solid little timeline to have from Playground Games to set for us. Along with there being many new ways to pre-order Fable before then to make sure we are fully ready for the launch. Then again, that’s not always the best way to get us all geared up and ready to be the new heroes of the lands. We need some new gameplay to look at to make sure it is going to be something we are actually going to want to do. That’s where the next big update that we have for the game is going to kick in. Not to mention help us to better understand what is coming in the collector’s edition of the game when it is ready.

Horror title, The Pines, offers up a new look at the gameplay and world that we can expect out there in #ThePines
It looks as if it is time to head into a new and dark wooded area, with some new gameplay that we have for The Pines. A new psychological horror title for the #PC that Studio Abattoir has been working on for a bit, and now we get to see more of that gameplay after a bit of a wait. A bit of gameplay that shows off how this RPG, of sorts, will allow for all of our choices to come about and mean something out there in The Pines. Not to mention, something that will make us all question our own sanity and that of our characters as we watch the events play out. If that sounds like something that is your flavor of fun, then kick back and get ready to see what this one has for us in the latest footage.
