Get ready to head out to Yellowcreek, with the release date that we have for #YellowcreekStories: The Cabin Watcher now
The indie horror scene will soon have another title out there to enjoy on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC with Yellowcreek Stories: #TheCabinWatcher. Another title coming from JanduSoft, but made by just another solo developer out there in the world. Something that can both help and harm the game, but that will only be seen on August 6th when the Yellowcreek Stories start to play out. Stories that do look as if they will take us all back to a camp or cabin in the ’80s, with a single killer hunting us down. A killer that also looks to be close to many others we’ve seen over the decades in the horror realm. That’s getting ahead of things, though, so let’s see what else will be dropping on the new release date that we have.

Audible will have a fun activation at SDCC for those who want to earn some XP out at #Audible’s Level Up Lounge
The fun out at #SDCC is just starting to ramp up, and it looks as if Audible will be heading out there to help us all level up our game. As long as you can make it out to the area and are looking to lounge it up during the convention weekend. All to help them promote the fun audiobooks for #DungeonCrawlerCarl, #HeadsWillRoll, and #Bobiverse. This is all in addition to the various panels and other little bits of fun Audible will be out there with. Things like a fun little food truck filled with Princess Donut’s donuts and a place where we can all record our own Crawler Incident Report. Along with having a solid little location to kick back and enjoy some of those good little reads and listens for all of the sci-fi and fantasy one could want out at the massive pop culture convention. Let’s get into the details now so you don’t miss out on the fun. #SDCC2026

An iconic location from the Halloween IP is on display, as we have updates for the physical editions for #HalloweenTVG
Even though we are still a good way out from #Halloween landing on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC this September 8th, it does not mean we cannot go trick or treating up and down some streets right now. As long as you are looking to have a nice little look at the Orange Grove Estates that IllFonic has brought to life in the game. The first of the game maps that we can expect to be surviving and stalking around in, as well as one of the iconic locations from the Halloween IP. Not a massive shocker for many, but this also comes along with the fact that there will be a physical form of the game for the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S landing on October 6th, along with the fun collectibles that any horror fan would want to add to their collection. That is where more of the fun comes in.

The ruler of Latveria is on display for #MarvelTokon: Fighting Souls, as we have a new character guide for our fighting souls
The next big fighter is on the way out there for us in Marvel Tōkon: #FightingSouls. No, this is not a new character announcement from Arc System Works for the game, it’s another of the character guides to look at so we are ready for the game when it hits the #PS5 and #PC on August 6th. This time, we have Doctor Doom coming out of his kingdom to make sure we all know why he will reign supreme in the world of Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls. That, or just make sure we all know what he’ll be capable of once we select the team that we are going to be fighting with. Even if this should be one of the characters that demolishes every other fighter in the game, just based on the power ranks of it all.

The horrors of Cthulhu need to be explored, as we ready our teams into what #TheMound: Omen Of Cthulhu will hold for us all
The jungle is calling us all, and we need to be ready to set forth into what The Mound: #OmenOfCthulhu has to offer us on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. Especially, as the game will be launching on all of those platforms on July 15th. That means there is very little time to get ready for this adventure that ACE Team and Nacon have been cooking up for us. That should be something we can all get over easily, as long as we are all ready for a new Cthulhu horror video game. Although this one does have us playing things out in eras and locations that we are not normally playing in for the genre, so that will be a fun little twist to have next week. That is also not to mention how the team is going to be bringing the madness that always comes with anything in the #Lovecraft genre of horror.

The Alley will be releasing this month, with #TheAlley giving us a new take on some Korean folklore & horror
A new kind of nightmare is on the way to us all, with the official release date for The Alley. A new title that will have us trying to survive weird anomalies and entities out there in the world that AIXLAB has been working on for the PC. One that also dives deep into some Korean folklore and horror to keep us all glued to our screens this Summer, and in a few weeks. That’s to say, Smilegate is gearing up to get The Alley out to us all on July 24th now. As long as you are into creepy horror titles that will have us all wandering back alleys, trying to figure out if something is a Ghost Trace or if it is a Ghost Feint. I’m sure that will make a bit more sense once we can all dive into the game, or finally get introduced to the culture that it is coming from.

A new feature for Where Dolls Hang is announced, with full-length films finding their way into #WhereDollsHang
When it comes to unique settings, Where Dolls Hang does seem to have one of them for our horror experience. That would be a place inspired by the real-life Island of Dolls that we have out there. When it comes to unique game features, it looks as if Steelkrill Studio is aiming to give us something that we might never have expected to see in a horror video game. That being said, we will be able to watch full-length horror films in Where Dolls Hang. Not some that were made just for this #PC title, but full films that are in the public domain and won’t cause any legal issues. Films that most horror fans have already seen, but it will be what takes place instead of the usual horror Easter Eggs these games usually have.
