I hope you are fully ready to jump into the land of the dead with our power couple in Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden. The day is here and DON’T NOD and Focus Entertainment are ready for us all to experience the game and what it holds on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Just in time for that horrible holiday that will force many to take a look at their own couple status out there. Thankfully, we now have Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden to help distract us from all of those horrors by giving us some other horrors to deal with. At least if you want to banish all of the dead and leave the land of the living only to the living. A hard choice we will need to make with the game now launching out there.

Those who have somehow missed out on what Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden is all about, this is a new action horror game where we take on the roles of Red and Antea who are part of a specific order of humans out there. They are a married couple who head out into the world and send the spirits of the dead onto the next realm of existence. Well, Antea dies due to some things in the story and now Red has to struggle to keep up his oath or doom others so he can bring Antea back. All while wandering the lands out there and doing just what the Banishers do. Along with the same action combat and hard choices, many other video games lean into as well. You can have a look at some of the darkness and action we are able to experience as of right now with the following launch trailer for the game. Have a look and see if it is going to be one that will save you from the horrible holiday that is about to hit us all.

I have been hyped up for Banishers for a while now and am excited that I will be able to take a deeper dive into it all now. Each new trailer makes it feel like there is something deeper going on with each of our choices and this one does it one more time. Almost as if we might have to face off against all of the souls we banish in the game when we finally hit that climax. That would be a fun twist and further force us all to see how different choices will not only change the gameplay but also the story we see unfold for our Banishers. I am going to go load it up now and see if it will be a horror game that will keep me coming back or if it is only as good as the story that has been written for it. My money is currently on the prior and not the latter.
