Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition Is Launching Out There Now

Devil May Cry 5

The launch for Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition is here with many getting to see what Devil May Cry 5 has to offer on the next-gen systems

We have had some great gameplay for the upcoming Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition and now we are on the cusp of it hitting the PS5 and Xbox Series X when those systems launch. Sure, it might be in a digital form and those looking to get physical with the game will have to wait until December, but given that some of these consoles are digital-only, we will focus on the launch this week. Especially when we have more to see how Devil May Cry 5 has been upgraded to use more of the power in the newer systems. Also to make a little more money out there for Capcom with another release of the game before the DLC launch for Virgil in it all for those who have the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game.

It looks like this trailer gives a new overview of the story in the game and what we will experience in terms of the story in Devil May Cry 5. Something that I do not remember the original marketing doing for the first time the game came around. Sure, it has been close to two years since it first released so getting story spoilers are not a huge concern. It is just an interesting marketing point to take as it would turn me off from giving Devil May Cry 5 a chance if it was not for the solid-looking combat in the game. You can read that as this trailer just feels to drag on and I can only imagine how it will feel for those that have not had the experience before now. Have a look and then get ready for the digital version this week, the physical edition on December 1st, and then the Virgil DLC on December 15th for those not able to move to the next-gen just yet.
