It Is Time To Banish Some Of That Darkness With The Launch Of Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The next chapter of Assassin’s Creed is finally here with the full launch of Assassin’s Creed Shadows to the world

It has taken a lot longer than we would have thought, but Assassin’s Creed Shadows is finally out there on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC for us all to enjoy. If you are one of the ones who can get past all of the criticisms that have been wrongly, or rightly, thrown the way at Ubisoft for the game. They have taken their time to make sure it was all ironed out and a great version of the game is coming to us in the end. All so we can have more of the Assassin’s Creed fun in our lives and maybe learn a few things along the way. There is a bit of historical accuracy sprinkled into all of these games once you actually start to play and enjoy them. But that requires gamers to be a bit more open to it as the game launches into the world.

As there always is, there are a lot of gamers out there who will need that one extra push to look into Assassin’s Creed Shadows, and that is what we have to share with you on this launch day for the game. One more look at the differences between Naoe and Yasuke in the world and how they will play vastly different from each other. Naoe has all of the usual tools and tricks expected in an Assassin’s Creed title and Yasuke brings up more of the brute force that we have to do when our stealth game is not so great. Nothing we have not seen little bits of before in past titles, but this time fully split so we can live with the choices we make along the way a bit more. That or just figure you are going in guns blazing each time by using Yasuke instead of Naoe for all of the missions. I know there are going to be a lot of players out there who just go for that option even if this is a stealth action game at the end of the day.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows — Launch Trailer

One warrior stands upon the battlefield… while another lives in the darkness…

In Assassin’s Creed Shadows, you will live the intertwined stories of Naoe, an adept shinobi Assassin from Iga Province, and Yasuke, the powerful African samurai of historical legend. Against the backdrop of the turbulent late Sengoku period, this remarkable duo will discover their common destiny as they usher in a new era for Japan.

From chaos to purpose, from darkness to light. A new Creed rises over Japan.

Where do you sit on this Assassin’s Creed and the IP as it has evolved so far? Do you think that having the two styles drastically split while telling the same story will work out or will fans be upset no matter what the teams do? Are you going to try to focus on playing as one character over another the whole game or will you switch things up more than the narrative of the game will force us all to do? Sneak on down to the comment section and discuss all of that as you will. If we come across more for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, we will share it here as best as we can. All we ask is that you keep on coming back and sharing all of the content with as many out there as you can so we can keep on bringing it to you all more and more.
