John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando
Two of the character classes in John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando are on display to flesh out some of the Toxic Commandos
We have been teased with four different character classes in John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando, and we’re here to show off two of them before the game lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this coming March 12th. Two that it seems that Saber Interactive is going to be having us place a whole lot of faith into the Medic and Operator in the mix. As the names suggest, these will be two of the Toxic Commando classes that will keep the squad going just a bit longer. One in a very obvious way, and the other in a way that we might not fully expect out of the gate. All of that said, let’s see what these two will be offering up to us all if we so choose to play as them instead of the others that will still be on the way.
As the name implies, the Medic class in Toxic Commando will be the squad healer and reviver during all of the missions out there. They will have various ways to do this, from a direct revive to dropping auras that will heal groups who are in the area of effect. As I mentioned, it is a rather straightforward class to have in the game. Then we move on to the Operator in Toxic Commando, who is also a support class of sorts, but one who relies on drones and other vehicles to help the team out. Given that we will need to get around the maps, that is a bit important, but it also looks like the Drone that the Operator will control can act as a whole other character in the mix. Just as one would assume, it is a robot that does the squad’s bidding, which can be shooting down infected, scouting areas, or even doing a low-level heal to get us back in the fight. Well, in the fight, or patched up enough for the Medic to do their job. Here’s a bit more of a look at these two classes that we’re going to have in our hands very soon.

Did you expect something different for the Medic in John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando? Do you think that all of the classes will have the ability to overlap, or will it just be the Medic and Operator in the healing instance? How hard is it going to be to 3D print new vehicles in the fight? How will we get around if we are not able to fill in the full squad on the maps out there? Let’s talk all about it down in the comment section. We still have two more character classes for John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando to drop out there, along with the full game. That means we’re going to have many more updates as we get closer to the game’s launch. Please come back to the site often and watch all of our social media to see and hear about all of it. You won’t want to go blindly into this game if you can help it, and we’re here to help it.
