It is an early Spring for Kena, as the release date for Kena: Bridge Of Spirits on the Switch 2 is very close
It looks like Ember Lab was not kidding around when they said that Kena: Bridge Of Spirits was going to be hitting the Switch 2 in Spring. It is one of the worst times of year, in general, but there was an effort to make sure that the game landed in that three-month block, and they nailed it. Almost to the point that there should not have been a reason to be so vague in the first case. That is to say, Kena: Bridge Of Spirits will be releasing on the Switch 2 on March 26th. Only a few days into the season, so they nailed it, but it just seems so odd to play things that way. Even if this title does seem to be all about whimsy of sorts, maybe that was a cheeky way of carrying that over into the real world.
Outside of the release date for Kena: Bridge Of Spirits on the Switch 2, there is not much else to say for this update. As a good reminder, this version of the game does come with the Anniversary DLC at no extra cost. The DLC brought in a load of new cosmetics for the game, some other accessibility updates, and the New Game+ mode. That way, if you have played Kena: Bridge Of Spirits before and want to do it again on the Switch 2, there is an option to carry over all of the upgrades and bits you have so far. Not a feature I can see many using, but it is an option for those who have opted to go with the Switch 2 for all of their gaming needs, but still want to carry over the work from the other system. It is nice to have options every now and then, I suppose.

Kena: Bridge Of Spirits will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 on March 26 in North America, Europe, and Asia, and in Thailand on March 25. Nintendo console players in North America and Europe who are eager to start their own journey with Spirit Guide Kena and her adorable yet powerful Rot companions can pre-order the game starting today in the Nintendo eShop.
The Nintendo Switch 2 version comes complete with the Anniversary DLC, which features Charmstones, Spirit Guide Trials, Kena Outfits, and accessibility features. It also features New Game+ mode, which allows players who’ve completed the game to restart Kena’s journey with all of their previously unlocked abilities, including upgrades, outfits, Rot, and more, as well as redesigned and more challenging combat encounters.
Kena: Bridge Of Spirits offers players an action-adventure game that combines compelling narrative with exploration, puzzle-solving, and fast-paced combat. Players untangle the past as Kena, a young Spirit Guide in search of the sacred Mountain Shrine, helping free the spirits trapped in a forgotten village with the aid of the Rot – her adorable (yet powerful) spirit companions.
