Marvel Rivals Shows Off How Heroes Will Always Rise Up To Rival Doom

Marvel Rivals

More characters for Marvel Rivals are hitting the Beta along with a new look at just what the fight in Marvel Rivals is about

There was little doubt that we were not going to see something massive for Marvel Rivals out of SDCC this year, and it looks like any doubt was pushed away with what they had to show. Not only did the Closed Beta kick off for it, but NetEase Games went out and gave us some more characters to see coming to the game along with a look at just what to expect the whole of the game will be about. All to go along with that big Doctor Doom announcement we had in general, it looks as if that will be spilling over to Marvel Rivals. All before the full release that we know will be coming to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC down the line. Let us all have a look at the fun that they dropped out there.

The first bit of fun we have for Marvel Rivals is that we are going to see Jeff The Land Shark joining Thor out there in the beta and final versions of the game. A new way to have some extra fun and join a different dance party along with some other songs in the game. Not the strongest of characters I would have gone with given what was going on during SDCC, but it is what it is. We will need to wait a bit longer for all of that Deadpool and Wolverine to join Marvel Rivals in a full capacity out there. Sad, but we have some fun to see before things get a little darker and filled with more Doom…

Marvel Rivals — Character Reveal: Jeff The Land Shark

Get ready to groove because Jeff and Thor are crashing the Closed Beta Test in Marvel Rivals!

Join the dance party and jam out to Jeff’s awesome song as we celebrate the arrival of the Asgardian God of Thunder and the world’s favorite Land Shark! 🎶💃

“🦈Mrrr-Mrrr-Mr-Mr!”

Jeff is fun, but now we dive into the meat of Marvel Rivals and see more of the story and cinematics we are going to experience out there. That was the other massive drop the teams had for us with a look at how Doctor Doom and the 2099 version are at odds and we are stuck in the middle. Well, more the rest of the universe is and we need to take up arms to make sure neither of them accidentally destroys the entire multiverse out there. That is where most of us keep our stuff. It is all in a cinematic form for Marvel Rivals, so do not expect gameplay, but it highlights more of the characters and the fight we can play right now in the beta or what may come down the line with the full release.

Marvel Rivals — No One Rivals Doom

As the Timestream Entanglement engulfs the Multiverse, heroes from across time unleash their full strength to combat the most dangerous Super Villains they’ve ever encountered.

Did you think that we were going to be getting different characters announced for Marvel Rivals out of SDCC or is any new one a nice surprise? Do you think the showing of Doctor Doom has anything to do with the other big announcements or is the character just hitting that popular stride once more and we will see them everywhere? Are you playing the closed beta right now or do you need to wait until the full release of the game to experience it all for the first time? Head on down to the comment section to discuss all of that and everything else we had come out of the show. When more for Marvel Rivals is out there, and we know we will have some fun stuff, we will share it on the site for you. Please keep on checking back in for all of that and everything else we have to offer up for you. You will be glad that you did.
