I know I need it, even though I fell in love with each and played them a few times, and it also looks like Cyanide Studios thinks we deserve a recap. It has been close to nine years since the last time Styx was out there in the world for our enjoyment. With Styx: #BladesOfGreed hitting the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC on February 19th, time is getting close to pre-order this bad boy. Not that there is much of a reason to pre-order digital games in the modern age, but it will help out Cyanide Studios to keep the lights on a bit longer as we wait for the game to launch. I know, a month is a long time for many gamers who have been waiting to join Styx on one more adventure in the world. That is where the other fun news comes into play here, as that wait can be made a bit easier with a new demo that has dropped out there for us all to enjoy. That might get us to send our money a bit earlier than we might have been planning, for sure.

It looks like we have more gameplay sneaking out for Styx: #BladesOfGreed just ahead of the February 19th release on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. Not just more, but a good chunk of a mission out there with Cyanide Studios offering up looks at the same gameplay that we have been sold on for a while, but also some of the newer things we will be able to do in this stealth game. Along with a bit of a look at how the visuals and other game aspects have been improved upon since the first Styx game dropped out there so long ago. Get ready for some new toys and new abilities, along with a look at our main goblin doing things for some altruistic reasons as well. Not something I thought we would ever see him do.

Styx has gone missing in 2025, but we have a new release date for #Styx: Blades Of Greed in 2026
Those paying close attention to Styx: #BladesOfGreed might have thought that the game was set to stealth release in the next few days. Given that Nacon and Cyanide Studios had it slated for a 2025 release on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. Well, it looks like that is going to be missed, and we did not have something sneak out there. Styx: Blades Of Greed is still coming, only now it has a different release date. One that is actually defined better than a general year of release. All of that is to say that the game is going to be launching on February 19th, 2026. Not too long of a wait, and also not like anything was missed since this is the first fully defined one out there.
