More of the dark and paranormal is on the way to us all with the announcement we have for The Fading Of Nicole Wilson. This is the next big thing coming out of One-O-One Games with Daedalic Entertainment helping along the way to give us a new way to hunt some ghosts out there. Well, more of a narrative game that highlights this and just what a lonely teenager might go through to try to make a mark on the world out there. Something that will be done by exploring a haunted hotel when The Fading Of Nicole Wilson lands on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC later this year. My guess will be closer to the spooky season out there, but maybe we will see all of that before then.
As mentioned before, in The Fading Of Nicole Wilson we will be taking up the role of Brit, a teen stuck in a small town who has taken up a ghost-hunting job to try and get out of all of that. Brit’s employer suddenly gets hospitalized and thus leaves us to have to do the job all on our own. That is where Brit will have to go about this narrative walking adventure to explore this eerie hotel with some ghost-hunting gear and a camera to try to figure out all of the secrets of its past. All while also facing some hard truths along the way. More or less, The Fading Of Nicole Wilson hitting all of those usual tropes we have in games like this but with a different character and story to flow on through.
