V Rising Is Hitting The PlayStation 5 Early This June

V Rising

The PS5 release for V Rising is now set down to allow more gamers to enjoy the full version of V Rising

Those looking to play V Rising on the PC have had a good chance to do all of that and get a bit of a head start on the PS5 gamers out there. I hope it was worth it all as it looks like that gap in play is coming to an end on June 11th when Stunlock Studios will be bringing the game to the PS5 officially. That way all of those promised some good vampire fun will have that chance with V Rising. So mark those calendars for when you all will be able to team up and head out into this dark new world to do what vampires seem to do best. Until we see another release date for other platforms and we get to do the ride all over again there.

Those looking to give V Rising a play on the PS5 will have a few different ways they can go about this. There is the standard way where you can buy the core game and wait until June 11th. Then there is the Castlevania edition of the game that will be slightly more but will give you the special skins based around that game while letting you play the game on June 6th. Lastly, there is the complete edition of V Rising that will be slightly more expensive, give you all of the cosmetics for the game, and the ability to play it on June 6th as well. Now we have all the options and can put the game in our PSN account right now if we do not want to wait any longer.

I am a bit confused as the PC version of V Rising made it seem that Konami was going to offer up those skins to everyone on the release date and call it a day. Now we have to pay a little extra and only to get a single skin pack with a different hunter to take on. This does not make full sense as it would just be a better idea to go with the complete edition instead. Even if that also felt like it was going to be something added in for PC and PS5 gamers before now. Maybe I was misunderstanding things for the marketing for V Rising, but I guess it is what it is. That does not change the fact I will be jumping over to the PS5 when it launches, but it will most likely be the base version instead with all of the others staying on my PC.

Were you waiting for the PS5 version of V Rising so you can get into the game or was it just friends of yours waiting to join you? Is it weird to have such a different set of bundles instead of just giving all the DLC in one pack? How many more skins will be added to the game over time and will that make the $100 USD worth the cost in the long run? Speed on down to the comment section to discuss all of this and let the thoughts flow out there. We are going to keep an eye on V Rising going forward and we have our review on the way still. Please keep on coming back here to see and hear about all of that as we get closer to the next release of the IP.
