Assassin’s Creed Unity Brings Us Some Revolutionary Gameplay

Assassin's Creed Unity

A new gameplay/accolades trailer for Assassin’s Creed Unity has been released and shows off some rather neat stuff

Attention all of you assassin’s out there. We have a new Assassin’s Creed Unity gameplay trailer to look at and pull apart for our amusement. Just like draw and quartering that was all the rage around the times back then. Give or take fifty years or so. Short of the guillotine and Arno’s favorite ways though, those are the only forms of execution we get to see in this gameplay. Assassin’s Creed Unity does take place during the French Revolution so it is no big shocker.

Moving along from the execution style of things we do get to see a bit more of what the solo gameplay will look like in Assassin’s Creed Unity. E3 had a huge focus on the muliplayer and co-op gameplay for the game and I am glad to see the focus back on the solo story as that is what I have loved in the Assassin’s Creed universe. Even though I hear that there is going to be some deviations in that area when we look at how the Animus is involved. As long as it doesn’t go too far from the main plot I should be fine.

If it wasn’t some well-placed editing of the gameplay I will say I am liking the “Leap Of Faith” change up that looks to be in Assassin’s Creed Unity. At least the part where Arno leaps from the top of the building and catches a beam to continue the Parkour to the perfect perch. Granted, in the real world he would break both of his arms or at least dislocate them from the height he jumped from but there could be some cool little gadget that solves that issue. Although I am having a feeling that it was better placed editing more than anything.

Don’t let me talk your eyes out though. Go ahead and watch the new trailer for Assassin’s Creed Unity below. Feel free to talk back in the comments as we have a bit of time before October 28th rolls around and we can actually see if this new gameplay for Assassin’s Creed Unity holds up.
