Baldur’s Gate 3
Gameplay for Baldur’s Gate 3 is not out there just yet, but we now have word on when we will be getting to see Baldur’s Gate 3 gameplay during PAX
I do hope you are ready for an announcement for an announced showing of Baldur’s Gate 3, as for some reason this is where we are for the game now. That is not to say that Larian Studios has not been working on the game since it was announced last year, but that all we have to go with today is an announcement that they will have more to show off for it all during PAX next week. Obviously not the most exciting of news for Baldur’s Gate 3 right now, but it can help you plan your follow up for it all when they do have something to show. More so, if it all ends up being as things usually are out at PAX and you only get to see it if you are on-site and in the audience.
All of that aside, what we do have to go along with announcement is a bit of the behind the scenes work going into Baldur’s Gate 3 and how some of it is being put together. The interesting part being some of the full sets for motion capture that have been set up and a bit more on how the audio is being recorded. Again, not the most shocking of things for those who just want to see how the actual game is going to look at the end of it all, but it is something to hold us over until the 27th when that could be out there. I guess we can all just deal for now…

Baldur’s Gate 3 was announced back at E3 last year, and since then we have been continuing to grow to 350 people, and working on new technology and pipelines that allow them to create a truly next-generation RPG.

Did you get all excited for some actual gameplay for Baldur’s Gate 3 or did you prepare yourself for a bit of the letdown?
