BARKOUR Will Let Us Step Into The Four-Legs Of A New Special Agent

BARKOUR

A new stealth-action title, BARKOUR, is on the way to us with BARKOUR letting us live the dream of being a canine super spy

In a world where video games will let us play as all manner of things out there and fulfill various fantasies, here we go with BARKOUR giving us all one more to live out. The name might give you all a clue as to what is going on for this one, but VARSAV has offered up a solid look and announcement to go with this game. All so we can get hyped up for BARKOUR to release on the PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S when it is ready. Maybe even other consoles too if they are able to contain all of the fun this game sounds like it will be in the smaller packages. Let us have a look at just what is on the way for this one now.

The name does allude to it fairly well, but BARKOUR places us in the role of a “Good Boy” out there named T.H.U.N.D.E.R. This puppers is highly trained in stealth and parkour which we will have to put to good use to help bring down more forces of evil out there in the world. Along with the natural skills will be some fun high-tech gadgets to aid us in all of that as well. All so we can run, jump, slide, and fight our way through another fictional world with another furry friend. That is also the vibe we get from the cinematic video we have for the announcement of BARKOUR. A video you can now look at just a little lower and get excited to see how many treats this dog is going to earn in the world.

BARKOUR — Announcement

Step into the paws of a brave, four-legged special agent! In BARKOUR, you work for a secret organization where all agents are exceptionally skilled animals brought together by one goal: to save the world from the forces of evil (and mischievous cats)!

Prepare to face bizarre villains in entertaining, action-packed encounters! But don’t fret—they may turn out funnier than expected. Each mission is like an episode of a spy comedy, riddled with twists and turns, p(b)arkour-intensive platforming, and fetching locations!

Even though T.H.U.N.D.E.R. is a trained professional, he remains a regular dog at heart. He still needs to chase his tail, scratch an elusive itch behind his ear, and occasionally sniff someone’s behind… even in the heat of battle. Dangerous, and yet undeniably adorable, he’s the perfect mix of agent and man’s best friend.

Apart from fluent acrobatics and lightning-fast movements, T.H.U.N.D.E.R. has a vast combat experience, making him a formidable foe to his enemies.

Take on the role of a tail-wagging canine 009 agent working for a secret organization that fights against evil in a world that does not take itself too seriously.
