Batman: Return To Arkham
The latest bundle, Batman: Return To Arkham, has been officially and aims to have us “return to Arkham” in terms of all of the previous titles on the PS4 and XB1
It looks like the worst kept secret called Batman: Return To Arkham has finally been officially announced and detailed out. It’s not like we didn’t know much already as all of the details kept popping up on the remastering of Rocksteady Games‘ award winning franchise. It’s just now been confirmed and it looks like Return To Arkham is poised and ready to hit the PS4 and Xbox One on July 26th. Thankfully just after we all get back and need a break from SDCC this year but sadly a year too late to give us a true gaming experience to play all of the titles in one straight shot. Oh well…
Anyways, as has been reported time and time again Return To Arkham will house both Rocksteady titles, Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, all remastered with all of the DLC included. What is a bit of news is that it has all been redone in the Unreal 4 engine form the Unreal 3 that it was originally done on. Not a massive undertaking from experience but it does lend to some amazing buffs in the gameplay when all is said and done. If only there was time to upscale the rest of the models and textures too. Although let’s be honest here, they were pretty clean and nice when everything first came out years ago.
Outside of that there isn’t much more to say as the big thing we were waiting for was just the release announcement for Batman: Return To Arkham and now we have it. That and we have a new trailer showing off all of the upgrades. Hopefully you can see all of the upgrades.
