Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition

New gameplay for the Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition HD remaster is here as well as a nice look at how you can play Bulletstorm with Duke Nukem as the main character

Maybe you were part of the cult following or maybe your weren’t, but let’s all remember back in 2011 when we first got our hands on a little game called Bulletstorm. Ringing any bells or does this little title from People Can Fly elude your memory and you need more to go one? Okay, well this was another FPS title that Cliff Bleszinski worked on that had us kicking and shooting people in the dicks to rack up points to save ourselves. Still have no idea? Then I guess it is good that the HD remastered version, Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition, just had a nice little story trailer placed out there to remind us and show us how the game has been updated for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Those familiar with Bulletstorm from before will see it all as second hat, at least in terms of story, but it does look like there has been a nice coat of polish added on to it all. Not only that, but it looks like there are even a few new maps for the Echo Mode and a new Overkill mode at that. All the dick killing we had before with a few more extra shots mixed in. Just was a remastered version of Bulletstorm really should have; at least besides a fix for all of the bugs the initial game was shipped with. But my memory of the game shouldn’t cloud us for now.

Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition — Story Trailer

Step into the boots of Grayson Hunt as he battles his way through throngs of mutated inhabitants of the former resort planet, Stygia. An exiled member of the elite assassin group, Dead Echo, Grayson is driven not only by his desire to escape Stygia, but to exact revenge on the corrupt Dead Echo General who sent him there. Orchestrate masterful kills throughout the single-player campaign or 40+ co-operative multiplayer and competitive challenge maps using Bulletstorm’s unique “skillshot” system that rewards you for performing the most creative and deadly kills imaginable.

If the story isn’t enough to sell you on the Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition, then you are also in luck as there has been some new gameplay placed out there to help sell us on the idea. Not only that, but it looks like those who pre-order this edition of the game will also be treated to playing the whole damned thing in the guise of Duke Nukem. Not only in skin, but it looks like the main voice behind the favorite character has re-recorded the entire script just for Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition as well as a few little extras mixed in. Pretty much the perfect fit for the character and I think this alone would sell me on Bulletstorm for another go. I guess we’ll see here on April 7th.
