Is It Butt-Slam Or Butt-Stomp In Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel?

Is It Butt-Slam Or Butt-Stomp In Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel?

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

The next episode of the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel behind the scenes series is out and covers some of the game’s mechanics

Here we go with part two of the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel “making of” YouTube series. Part One covered how the two studios were handling the workload and physical separation. Part two here looks to cover some of the ne mechanics that will make Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel feel like a Borderlands game but “take risks” Gearbox and 2K didn’t want to take in the previous titles. Hooray for being guinea pigs with something the publisher didn’t have faith in two times already…

Ok, well maybe not something they didn’t believe in but something that the people making Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel have had time to perfect to give us that added bonus while playing. These are things like the lasers, cryo-weapons, and the low gravity play. That and the Butt-Slam/Stomp mechanic that has added quite a bit of fun to the whole hullabaloo. Also the fact that the low-gravity gives the level designers a bit more freedom when building as players will be able to go damned near everywhere in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.

Now that I’m talking about it all I’m thinking that the whole “risk taking” talk should have been left out as it does sound like Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is a test for Borderlands 3 now. These should be listed as new features that the franchise is playing with to add a great experience to the overall game. Then again that is just me and not all of the people over there still trying to figure out if it is Butt-Stomp or Butt-Slam. I prefer Slam…

We are now only mere months away from having Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel at home to play as we wish. I personally can’t wait to expand upon the story as is also mentioned in the following video. It didn’t make much sense, as they state, that the moon be so different between the two games already. This is something I know I noticed and want to see how I will be part of bridging the gap and building an awesome theme park on the moon. Wait…it’s not a theme park?
