Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3
Activision and Treyarch have officially revealed Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 and its world looks like a sad future for us all
The wait is now over and we have the official Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 reveal and details are confirmed that were once rumor. The release date is set for November 6th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That would be a Friday outside of the traditional Tuesday release we are all used to. No weird middle of the week time off now. Also for the first time we are getting a multiplayer beta for those who pre-order Black Ops 3. All the things that people were claiming were not true as it wasn’t the standard for Activision. That of course isn’t all that was shown and confirmed though.
It also looks like the setting for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 is set in a future where cybernetics and bio-technology have taken over and that moves into the Black Ops soldiers as well. It is sounding and now looking more like a high action play through of the most recent Deus Ex title. Kind of funny that these things would sync up but that is the look. Maybe Treyarch will do it better and get the story fantastic as we could expect. It just seems like a huge deviation from what we’ve been used to for the franchise here. Hopefully it will pay off for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3.
Enough talking about what we already spoke on for Black Ops 3. Have a look at the reveal trailer and see what you think for yourself.
Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 — Reveal Trailer
Is it just me or does it look like Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 is taking a huge step back in the visuals here? Advanced Warfare looks so photo-realistic and used a world that was just behind Black Ops 3‘s technology but it looks like Treyarch is using an engine that is years behind that one. Where did all of the advancements go in the game tech? Maybe it was just the way the video was cut and the quality that YouTube could do for this Black Ops 3 video so I’ll save my full judgement until after I get to play the game directly. I’m guessing E3 will change everything but we’ll have to wait and see.
So what do you think of the Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 reveal here? Do you agree with the downgraded visuals here? Are you curious as to the pre-order multiplayer beta for here? How about them zombies? Let us know all of your thoughts on Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 now down in the comments.
