If you were looking for a depressing yet interesting looking title as of late, then we can add the announcement of Endling into the mix here as it looks to be a solid mix of all of that here for us. Well, at least, it will be in 2012 when it hits the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Switch as Herobeat Studios keeps hammering away on it all for now. This is just where we are at with it as HandyGames rolls out the announcement for Endling right now as it points us to the sad world where foxes face extinction at the hands of humans just as many other animals current do. Yeah, get ready to watch as the cunning animal is wiped off the face of the Earth and other horrible things to come.
That is the basis for Endling as we take on the role of one of the few fox mothers out there as she tries to keep her pups alive as humans continue to mess up the planet and the species more. All to give us a feel for what could happen and is happening in the modern era of things. All while we have to also follow through with what foxes do to other animals out there all to make sure they all keep living. It sounds all depressing, but since we will be saving the day in Endling, maybe there is a happy ending of sorts? I guess time will tell.
