Evil Dead: The Game Takes Us All Into A New Splatter Royale

Evil Dead: The Game

The latest update for Evil Dead: The Game is here and bringing us all more from the Evil Dead IP to enjoy in a new Battle Royale

The latest updates are finally here for Evil Dead: The Game with new characters, cosmetics, and modes getting tossed into the game. Some of them paid and some of them free to keep us all engaged in the title Saber Interactive keeps plugging away at. Hopefully, to keep it all going up to and beyond the next Evil Dead film hitting the theaters out there. Then we might have even more content to build on with the universe that has captured so many and more. Especially since we are now getting a Battle Royale mode to slay each other in and try to be the last demon standing in the world.

If the new Battle Royale is not your jam for Evil Dead: The Game, then you can look to the Immortal Power DLC Bundle to add some extra fun with things. This is where we will be getting Ruby Knowby (Lucy Lawless’ character) and a whole new Puppeteer class with the “King Of The White Frost.” In addition to the various skins to place on the other characters we might have unlocked already. We will need something to keep us using those new weapons in Evil Dead: The Game. That or use when we get forced into the 40-player mode that might entice others to give the game a try if the 4v1 is not your thing.

Evil Dead: The Game — Splatter Royale!

Will you be the last one alive in the cabin?

Evil Dead: The Game’s new battle royale-style Splatter Royale mode is playable today in a free update for all platforms. Choose Deadite versions of any Survivors and Demons from the game — including DLC characters and outfits you’ve purchased — and use your wits and weapons to become the last person standing in fast-paced, cutthroat action. Battle up to 40 players and experience even more carnage with two new bonus weapons: the long-range grenade launcher and the scythe, deadly for close-range Deadite combat. All players can also pick up Pablo’s “Kandarian Facelift” Outfit at no additional cost.

Separate from the release of “Splatter Royale” mode, all players can make their victory all the more spectacular with the Immortal Power DLC Bundle, featuring a variety of in-game bonuses, including:

  • New Survivor: Ruby Knowby – Ruby is voiced by the legendary Lucy Lawless, reprising her mysterious role from the STARZ series “Ash vs Evil Dead.” As a Dark One, Ruby can regenerate health, increase her possession resistance, and boost the damage of her weapons. She can also consume souls to make her aura stronger and charge her unique ability, triggering a deadly blast that damages evil units within range and heals nearby Survivors.
  • Kelly “Scourge of Evil” Outfit
  • Pablo “Fish n’ Chips” Outfit
  • Ash vs Evil Dead “Party Animal” Outfit
  • Puppeteer Demon Class “King of the White Frost” Outfit

Were you always hoping that you would see a Battle Royale version in Evil Dead: The Game or will you be skipping that mode for now? Do you like that we are getting Ruby in the mix and will here regeneration get a little OP quickly and how do you think it has been balanced? How much more content do you think will come to us after the new film or will that be about the end of it all? Sound off in the comments about what you think about all of this and everything else. When we have more to share for Evil Dead: The Game, know it will all be here for you. Just keep a keen eye on the site to stay up to date on all of that and everything else we have along the way.
