Free PlayStation & Xbox Video Games Coming August 2016

The list of free video games hitting the PlayStation and Xbox systems in August has been released and there are some great video games included in the mix

A new month is almost on us here with August and that means new video games that we are going to get for free. Well video games that you will get for free if you are part of the PlayStation Plus or Xbox Gold services. If you are then you may be in for a treat as the list of titles going live starting next month is here and we have it for you. Again we get to expand out titles on the Xbox One and PS4 without needing to make any extra spends at our local stores.

If we had to choose a winner of free video games this month I think that we are going to have to side with the Xbox side of things as it looks like they are willing to give us all some stronger titles. Of course personally they both are not that strong for me but even I will admit this month goes to Microsoft on their freebies. Although given that these are all free video games for us all I guess we can still say we are all winning this month. Just not as strong as last month or a few months prior. Hopefully this is all due to the stronger and newer titles coming out for the month and they don’t want to downplay any of that here.

• Beyond Good & Evil HD (Xbox One, Xbox 360)
