Get A Feel For How Large Mad Max’s Wasteland & Strongholds Are

Mad Max

A new trailer for Mad Max has been released and it gives a really good feel for the size of the Wasteland as well as a few looks at the crazy character of Mad Max

Nothing gets my blood pumping in the morning like a good action packed game trailer and Mad Max never disappoints it would seem. Avalanche Studios has been doing a great job of bringing the franchise to life and again with this new trailer they show how Mad Max isn’t going to be a game full of just Max, Warboys, and Scrotus’ legions duking it out. No. There are loads of other bizarre and crazy characters in the Wasteland of Mad Max and here we get to meet a few more. Not that we haven’t had a few descriptions and shows before from Warner Bros. but now we get to see them in action and how they will help or hinder Max as he tried to do what a Max can in Mad Max this September 1st.

How do we get to see them in action? Well via the new Mad Max trailer that has been released just before Gamescom by Avalanche Studios and Warner Bros. that we are going to provide just below. Of course it would be great to have had a nice little demo for Mad Max to land just a bit before the game’s release date but I am pretty sure that is not going to happen here. We could be surprised but I don’t fully remember the last time I played a good demo for a title that was coming to consoles lately. I guess I’ll wish that Mad Max will be that title to do so as it was a blast to play what we’ve had already for the game at E3 and there is most likely a final build for it out at Gamescom right now.

In any instance, here is the Mad Max trailer that just dropped online for us all to gawk at. It has a lot of things in it that spark my great memories of Fury Road and it looks like Mad Max here is driving down the same path to greatness as that film did. Even though they are only tied together by name, location, and a few characters in the world. Although even if Mad Max was a film tie-in title I think it would be the only one to do everything right but we won’t know until it comes to our homes.

Mad Max — Stronghold

You’ve seen it now so what are your thoughts on Mad Max here? Have they changed? Been made stronger? Does Avalanche have a winner here that is going to tie into the amazing new film even if that wasn’t the goal at all? Does it fit the universe that we all know in love even with these short segments we get to see? Let us know down in the comments and discuss. Keep checking in as I don’t think this is going to be the last we see of Mad Max from Warner Bros. here and we will have all the updates you could want for the game.
