Huntsman
New DLC for Huntsman is on the way to us all, with more of the police coming in to help out with the Huntsman problem
It looks as if all of the reports of the madness during Huntsman are finally being taken seriously, with the new DLC. New DLC that OnTheHouse Studios is working to get out to us all on PC very soon. In fact, we’ll be seeing the new officers on the site before Halloween, with this new DLC adding things into Huntsman on October 26th for those who have the game and want to play a bit more. As well as those who actually want to fight back against the eight-legged freaks that are loose in the facility. That’s not the only big update coming when this all drops, but that’s definitely the bigger one for those who want to have a whole new way to experience the game and freak out others who also have their own fear of spiders in the mix. Let’s see what else is coming along with this DLC besides the combat.
Now that we have the basics for Huntsman listed, as much as possible given the story of things, we have a new look at the latest Hardcore Mode that will also be coming into the game. A mode that will be a free update for all players out there with the game, and looking for more of a challenge. The challenge here is that we’ll have more spiders roaming about, fewer save options during the game, and the AI for all of the crawlers in Huntsman having some new methods to their madness. That means that we’ll see some different tactics and AI while also handling all of the other things going on in this facility. I guess it’s a great thing that we’re also getting all of those new ways to fight back with the police finally responding to the horrors out there. Even if it might have been safer for them to let that call go unheard. Have a look and get ready to have your skin crawl just a little more in a few weeks when this DLC drops.
Huntsman — Protect & Serve DLC
Following reports of a laboratory filled with giant arachnids, officers investigate and find themselves in a web of mystery and carnage. But this time, don’t run and hide. Stand and fight. This DLC continues the Huntsman story and adds all new combat features.
Also introducing Hardcore Mode, a free update for all players, featuring multiple spiders, select updated hunting behaviours, and a limited save system.
Forget. Everything. And. Run. FEAR the Huntsman!
Experience one of humanity’s most primal fears in Huntsman, a survival horror that will immerse you in the creeping dread and crawling terror of arachnophobia.
As the new security guard at Atherton Laboratories, chaos erupts as eight-legged predators infest the hallways. Outnumbered and defenseless, you must find a way to eliminate the threats and lift the facility lockdown to escape. Will you survive, or become the spider’s next prey?
- Descend Into The Web – Explore a facility overrun by invasive predators. Divert limited power between sections of the building to access new areas, gather vital resources, and outmaneuver the swarm.
- Improvise Or Die – Use your flashlight, throwables, and the environment itself to distract, mislead, and evade the deadliest creatures you’ve ever faced. Just remember: one wrong move, and you’re prey.
- Fear Has Eight Legs – Experience arachnophobia like never before! Each spider moves, hunts, and reacts with terrifying realism, triggering primal instincts your mind won’t be able to ignore.
Have you been waiting for something new to come out there for Huntsman? Were you kind of hoping that we would have seen an update that the game was coming to all of the other platforms out there? How deep is the combat system of this game going to go, and will it stick to just shooting and running again? How different will all of the spiders feel when Hardcore Mode is active? Let’s talk about all of these things and get ready for the frights down in the comment section of the page. We’ll keep the terror of Huntsman spinning on the site here. As long as you keep checking back and following all of our socials out there, you’ll never miss one of these little updates that we have. Not just for this game, but for all of the games that we have to cover out there. Now get ready to feel the hairs on your neck start to stand up…
