We are heading back into a new kind of paradise this year with the announcement of the next twin-stick and tower-defense title that Merge Games is getting behind. A new title that will be hitting the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC at some point during 2022. A new title that also happens to be called Slaycation Paradise and the title slightly gives away what the game will be about. That is, at least, if you are able to guess that it will be about an inter-dimensional murderfest that our game characters will be paying to take part in. That one might have caught you a little off-guard.
Now that we have some of the weirdness out of the way for Slaycation Paradise, let us dig in further to more of the weirdness. In this new title, we will be able to set up our own little Tower Defense settings and locations, which will be in a different dimension. All so we can head out to slay everything out there and try to survive while using all kinds of whacky weapons and gear. Not to mention that the enemies look to range from the standard zombie to things that cannot be shown online without getting demonetized. Let us just say that the paradise part of the name does fit and not just in the crafting of our perfect apocalypse to run through and try to survive.
