Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name
The launch is here for Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name with some new combat to look at for Like A Dragon Gaiden here
Just as quick as it was announced, Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name has launched out there on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC as of right now. Those looking to kick in some heads with the virtual yakuza can download and give the game a solid play with SEGA thanking you along the way. Those still curious about what Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is all about, though, can have one more look at the game before deciding to do just that out there. Especially since it looks as if there is a little more to the fighting in the game and other aspects that we have to share with the world right now.
In this Like A Dragon Gaiden, as it is not the only title with a ridiculously long title, we are heading out to fight all manner of other characters in this world. The big bonus is that we have two very distinct fighting styles to help us all bring all of the foes down. A Yakuza style and a Secret Agent style. The first is the drag-out and more traditional fighting with hard hits and fancy moves. The other is a style that uses more gadgets and gear to take everyone in the world down. One feels a little more superior in Like A Dragon Gaiden, but they both at least look a little balanced for play out there. Something that will be needed as we enter into arenas full of enemies to unlock more cosmetics to head out and do that again. Unless we want to dive into all of the other gambling aspects in the game instead. That is always an option.

Under the codename “Joryu”, embark on a gripping action narrative with bone-shattering combat in vibrant locations filled with immersive activities.
Even though it looks like it can be a fun time, Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name never felt like it would be a game for me and this does not do much for me here either. If I were to play it all, I would most likely dig into the gadget fighting style more than anything, as it looks cooler to me and gives us all of the extra range in the mix too. I have a feeling it will be easy to get overwhelmed in these fights so having that little extra will be wanted for sure. I could be wrong though. We will only have to wait and see with the various Like A Dragon Gaiden titles to see if it will all pay off or lead to just the cult-level following many can see this IP for at this point.
Will you be giving Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name a run for its money as of now or does it look like a title you will be skipping? Is it odd to only have the two fighting styles here or does it make sense given the world and lore of it all? How easy would it be to just lean into the gambling to unlock everything instead of just heading into the arena out there? Take to the comments and fight is all out with some solid discussion. We will share anything more that we get for Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name here, so please keep on checking back for those updates and the many others we will have over time.
