The jungle is calling us all, and we need to be ready to set forth into what The Mound: Omen Of Cthulhu has to offer us on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Especially, as the game will be launching on all of those platforms on July 15^th. That means there is very little time to get ready for this adventure that ACE Team and Nacon have been cooking up for us. That should be something we can all get over easily, as long as we are all ready for a new Cthulhu horror video game. Although this one does have us playing things out in eras and locations that we are not normally playing in for the genre, so that will be a fun little twist to have next week. That is also not to mention how the team is going to be bringing the madness that always comes with anything in the Lovecraft genre of horror.

It has been a while since we had much to update for The Mound: Omen Of Cthulhu, so the story goes a little like this. We are being tasked as a crew to head out to an uncharted and “cursed” jungle to find some legendary treasures. Survival is all on us, but we could walk away with some great riches if we make it through. With the great reward also comes some great risks. This is where the rest of the gameplay will pick up outside of the general survival. We will need to not only find the treasure but also work with the rest of our team to make sure we do not succumb to the madness that Cthulhu always brings. In the game here, that looks to be in the way of hallucinations that could cause players to turn on their team or waste resources firing at enemies that do not exist. The issue will be that they will exist in some instances, and others might turn on you, so it will always be a guessing game as to what degree you have lost your mind. A fun-looking bit added into the game, which looks to be highlighted rather well in the latest video that we have to share with you just a bit further down the page.
