A new developer breakdown for the recent Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy trailer offers a little more insight into what the Guardians are doing
Last week, we had a fun new video to show off more for Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy and a new character we would have to deal with in the story. It also highlighted a bit more on how some of these interactive cinematics would function since Eidos-Montréal announced the game was coming on October 26th. There is still a bit of time between now and then, but here we go with a little more insight on what to expect from these kinds of scenes in this Guardians title. Some of them let loose from the developer directly as we better understand what to expect and how much of it all will be in there. A little bit of a surprise if you ask me…
You can hear this new commentary for the same trailer we had just a bit lower, but the bigger takeaways from it are that we will see about six hours of these kinds of branching dialog scenes and all will have most of the Guardians in them. It is also stated that there are full different branches to go down with scenes like the one we have here, but it is played a little coy if it will be a massive branch or just different words being said and by different characters along the way. That and that some of our expectations will be flipped around for not only our Guardians, but the supporting cast in the game too. Like Lady Hellbender subduing the monster we see here with kindness instead of the mace.
