LEGO Super Mario Is Getting A Few More Power-Up Packs

LEGO Super Mario Is Getting A Few More Power-Up Packs

New costumes for LEGO Super Mario have been announced for those looking to get everything they can for this new LEGO pack that is on the way

The packs keep getting added here for the LEGO Super Mario sets that will be coming in the future to keep your fun in the real world a bit more but still feel like you are in that virtual one. It still feels a bit odd, but this is not going to be something for everyone as it looks to be more on the toy side of things and not the video game one. Even though this LEGO set will allow us to play a bit of our own video game versions like in Super Mario Maker. Funny enough, this is going to be one of the new packs you will be able to pick up om August 1st for a relatively low extra price.

If you take your eyes lower, you will see what is getting added on for LEGO Super Mario with four different “costumes” you can add to Mario with a few different extras added on. You will be able to pick up the Fire Mario, Propeller Mario, Cat Mario, and Builder Mario suits for about $10 USD. These will all snap onto the core Mario figure we will have for LEGO Super Mario but give us the bonuses we would have in the games with them. Fire Mario and “throw” fireballs, Propeller Mario can pick up coins by “flying” around, Builder Mario can do a hard stomp to earn more, and Cat Mario will be able to “walk” up walls to gain more coins. It sounds silly, but makes more sense when you watch it all here.

LEGO Super Mario — Power-Up Packs!

LEGO Super Mario now gets four Power-Up Packs that unlock entirely new ways to play with your levels! His wardrobe now contains the Fire Mario suit, the Propeller Mario suit, Cat Mario suit, and the Builder Mario suit. All Power-Up Packs are available from 1st August 2020.

Did you figure that just like other LEGO sets we were going to get all of these kinds of add-ons or is it a bit of a surprise? Does it make sense to be able to get coins in these other ways or is it just a way to “game” the system? What other suits do you think will be placed out there for an extra fee? Let us all know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all. If there is more to share for LEGO Super Mario, we will add it all to the site for you. Just be sure to keep coming back to see and hear all of that.
