Let Us Assemble, Infiltrate, Battle, & Extract In Hood: Outlaws & Legends

Hood: Outlaws & Legends

A new gameplay breakdown for Hood: Outlaws & Legends is out there to show off how the matches of Hood should all play out

The characters are out there and we have seen a bit of gameplay for Hood: Outlaws & Legends, now we get to see just how the matches will be fully going down when the game launches on May 10th. Here we go with a full gameplay breakdown for the title that shows off how some of the matches will play out there. That and how we will need to get our perfect team together to not only pull off the greatest heist that Robin Hood has ever pulled. Also, to pull it off while another team heads out there to do the exact same thing and possibly kill the local Sheriff. That does sound a little off when you try to break it down with just the words…

I do have to say that there does seem like a bit of weirdness when it comes to the characters in Hood as it seems like it is all limited right now. These matches are a 4v4 kind of ordeal, but it is made up of the same characters with some different skins that we can pick up during the game. That is why it is weird to try to think about how you will be able to plot and plan against each other when the only true variable will be the other player’s skill. That and how long it will take you to learn the maps and all of the secret ways in and out of the bases. Sure, that could lead to some dynamic matches in Hood but it does not seem like it could be much more than that unless the matchmaking is truly on point.

Hood: Outlaws & Legends — Gameplay Overview

Hood: Outlaws & Legends, the multiplayer PvPvE heist game from Sumo Newcastle and Focus Home interactive today releases its Gameplay Overview trailer. Matchmaking in opposing teams of four, choose your character based on your preferred playstyle, or what best fits your team’s strategy. In this game where cooperation is key, your team’s composition can suit a stealthy long-range approach, a brutal close combat heist, or a balanced band of Outlaws prepared for anything. Watch today’s Gameplay Overview trailer for a deeper look into exactly what goes into Hood’s medieval multiplayer heists.

Assemble, Infiltrate, Battle, & Extract

Every game of Hood: Outlaws & Legends pits you and your friends against a rival group of four other players who are also aiming to steal the treasure. You and your team must work together to select your band of complementary outlaws, each with unique abilities to offer, before infiltrating vast, medieval strongholds. Outsmart the opposing team and villainous State to find, steal, and return the riches unfairly taken from the people.

Between heists, visit the hideout to spend some of your stolen fortune. Giving money back to the people will increase the range of items available to you in the shops, while keeping it for yourself lets you directly purchase them. Improve, alter and refine your characters’ skills with a range of perks, or further personalize your heroes with a range of new weapons and costumes. Some of the more prestigious cosmetics will even require you to demonstrate your heisting mastery.
