Let’s Play Some BioShock: The Collection To See How It All Looks

Let’s Play Some BioShock: The Collection To See How It All Looks

BioShock: The Collection

Some early looks at BioShock: The Collection have been uploaded and now we get to see all three BioShock titles up and running for us to dissect

I knew that with BioShock: The Collection coming out soon it would only be a matter of time that we started to see some “let’s play” videos popping up. They are all the rage and I’m sure that 2K Games would love the free publicity that goes along with them. It looks like they couldn’t wait to get BioShock: The Collection out there on September 13th for us all. That means that the press steamroller is on its way and now we have some new gameplay directly from the final versions of the game for us to peep on. Yes, there are now “let’s plays” out there to show off how the games look.

Before I was a little critical on the fact that all we had to see for BioShock: The Collection was some impressive visuals for the first game and it worried me that was all we were getting before launch. While these are not comparison videos for the other two BioShock titles, we do get to see how much work Blind Squirrel put into it all to make the titles feel fresh and new again. Not just higher resolution textures and models but as it looks we also have some new graphical effects and items added in to make the worlds just a little bit more “richer” than ever before.

Not much else can be said here about BioShock: The Collection; as of yet. Just have a look at the title of your choice and see how it has been improved and then get ready to pick up the games in a few weeks. Not long at all…

Do these put your worries to rest about all of the titles in BioShock: The Collection? Would you rather have seen a good comparison video instead of these “let’s plays?” Do you see a vast improvement over all of the visuals in the games or only in the first one that is about a decade old now? Let us know your thoughts and feel free to discuss in the comments below. For more on BioShock: The Collection as it comes out be sure to stay right here as we’ll keep bringing you everything that we can. Hopefully there will be some good comparisons soon.
