Far Cry 4
A pre-order page for Far Cry 4 has let loose some details surrounding the story of the game.
Well that didn’t take too long before something was ‘leaked’ for Far Cry 4. Granted it isn’t much but at least it is safe to assume that it is accurate and not a rumor considering the source. The source being the pre-order page on the uPlay website for Far Cry 4. Can’t get any more solid than that unless this is all one big Ubisoft troll to promote Watch_Dogs. I wouldn’t put it past them to state that the site was “hacked” as part of a promotion but seeing as you can only view the below content on a cached version of the site I think that may be a bit far-fetched.
What isn’t far-fetched for Far Cry 4 is the following breakdown of the game’s story. Like I said, there isn’t much outside of now we have a protagonist name and overall reason for said protagonist to be doing what they are doing. Here, have a quick read.

See, like I said. Not too much but it does give us the main character’s name for Far Cry 4 as Ajay Ghale. Well that and the weird name of the supposed villain. Why does everyone always use Pagan as a bad name huh? That is a discussion for another time though. Just sticks in my craw is all. Hopefully this will be better confirmed at E3 here soon or maybe Ubisoft will pony up a deeper explanation than this in the coming days as they screwed up and let it fly early. Time will tell.
