The next big fighter is on the way out there for us in Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls. No, this is not a new character announcement from Arc System Works for the game, it’s another of the character guides to look at so we are ready for the game when it hits the PS5 and PC on August 6^th. This time, we have Doctor Doom coming out of his kingdom to make sure we all know why he will reign supreme in the world of Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls. That, or just make sure we all know what he’ll be capable of once we select the team that we are going to be fighting with. Even if this should be one of the characters that demolishes every other fighter in the game, just based on the power ranks of it all.

Just as we saw before with Captain America, we have a full lineup of moves and attacks for Doctor Doom to throw around in Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls. The new video that we have walks us through all of the basics and up to the bigger attacks that can be performed. Even if it does look as if he’ll be one of the fighters that takes some getting used to. With the portals that need to be timed correctly and the aerial blasts that feel like they take a long time to be called down, there’s going to be some strategy needed here. This could be one of the big risk/reward characters in Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, as the moves do look as if they do some great damage. It also looks like they will be easy to dodge or block with how long they take to fire off. Have a look at Doctor Doom in action just a little further, and see if this will be your fighter you are always going to select in the menu.
