Minecraft: Story Mode
The release date for Minecraft: Story Mode’s third episode has been revealed as well as a new trailer of Minecraft: Story Mode goodness
While I may not have been impressed by Minecraft: Story Mode so far I will have to say that I am impressed that the release windows for each episode are not as far apart as other Telltale Games titles out there. Just under a month and we will have the next episode for Minecraft: Story Mode on November 24th for all. It wasn’t as short as the time between the first two episodes but a pass is given as their other IPs in the mix wrapped up as we waited. Now we get to see the “hump” episode of how Mojang‘s world is getting a story to it all.
To clear up any confusion the above date of November 24th is for any and all version of Minecraft: Story Mode that you are playing it on. Even those out there who picked up the physical copy of the game will get the episode on the same day. Not sure if that was a concern since it is all digital for them too after the first episode but for the sake of making sure everyone know it had to be in there. Minecraft: Story Mode‘s third episode, The Last Place You Look, will be playable for all on November 24th provided you purchased it or the season pass.
Minecraft: Story Mode — The Last Place You Look
Based on the above trailer, and teaser screen in Minecraft: Story Mode, it looks like we may be in for a horror style of story here. Endermen are everywhere and it looks like the group needs to move on down the road to collect the other member of The Order Of The Stone. I am a little interested to see how this played into my choices from before and hope that those mattered. I just don’t want to see a situation where one choice just led to an NPC doing the other choice thus leading to a loss of gameplay. It happened to me in the last episode of Minecraft: Story Mode and I hope it was a onetime occurrence.
All that said, are you excited to see the third episode of Minecraft: Story Mode to land so quickly? Are you still holding out to play them all in one sitting? Do you think Telltale Games has all of Minecraft: Story Mode ready to go and the waiting game is just based on the end of their other IPs that came to a close? Let us know and discuss away in the comments below. As always we will have more on Minecraft: Story Mode here for you so be sure to stick around and check it all out. Hopefully this IP will have a great payoff as Game Of Thrones did and my tune will change for the Mojang IP here.
