More Of The Myths Of Midgard Are Here For God Of War: Ragnarök

God Of War: Ragnarök

To hype us all up for God Of War: Ragnarök, we have a new look at the most recent God Of War title again

It has been quite a while since God Of War came out on the PS4 and even with the resurgence of all of the new platforms it has been on, some out there may not fully know the story still. Sure, there is still time to play through it all once more before November 9th rolls on up with God Of War: Ragnarök but Santa Monica Studio wants to make sure we are all caught up just in case we do not have time to roll through it all again. Even if that is all something that can be done in one weekend of non-stop gaming.

All of this brings us back to why we are here again for God Of War: Ragnarök with another retelling of the story to get us all ready for the game. A retelling from Felicia Day to give a six-minute breakdown of the game with the bigger parts of the story for us all. It does leave out a whole lot of the nuance to what we all experienced in God Of War and how Kratos evolved as a character out there. You know, the bigger part of it all beyond the action and violence. It feels like an over-simplification here, but that is what so many of the gamers out there want. I recommend just playing the game again, but for those that are here for the violence and less of the art of storytelling, have a listen to the very, very, very abridged version of the story again.

God Of War: Ragnarök — Myths Of Midgard

To prepare for the upcoming release of God Of War: Ragnarök on November 9th, we’ve invited two of the best storytellers we know to recap the journey of Kratos and Atreus from God Of War (2018): the amazing Felicia Day and the Smartest Man Alive, Mimir!

The new Myths of Midgard video is an animated storybook recounting the events of God Of War (2018), with the goal of catching you up on the previous game.

Did you forget the story of God Of War or did you need this reminder to get you back up to speed on it all? Do you think that it misses some of the bigger marks of the story here or is this enough to give you all of the character growth too? How do you think it will all go forward from here or will we see the characters devolve back to what they once were? Tell us all down in the comments what you are thinking about all of this and then feel free to discuss. More for God Of War: Ragnarök should be on the way to us all soon, so keep checking back for all of that and much more. I am sure you will not be let down by it all.
