17 more titles hit the Xbox One in way of Backward Compatibility giving more Xbox One gamers something to play over the Christmas Break
As if the 104 titles that were already Xbox One backwards compatible were not enough it looks like we get a whole bunch more added this week to expand that library further. Microsoft may not be crushing it in the console selling area at the moment but they sure do have a lot of fan favorite titles making it back to the Xbox One and now we have 17 more to add to the list. All in time for all of those Christmas or Holiday presents to be opened and put to good use. Nothing worse than getting a new shiny console like the Xbox One and having nothing to play on it because you only have Xbox 360 games.
The new list that we have for Xbox One backwards games is not overly impressive in my eyes but it does house a few nice titles that will keep gamers entertained until the newer ones can release. Or “newer” ones to the backwards compatibility list that is ever growing from the publishers and developers wanting people to keep playing their games on the Xbox One. If only other companies could follow suit and start bringing the pain in this way to the other “next gen” systems.
As a refresher, to add a 360 game to your Xbox One through this feature you will need to place your original game disc in the Xbox One. A digital version of the game will be downloaded to your console and you will be able to play it as if it was still on the disc.
