Grand Theft Auto VI
A solid new look at Grand Theft Auto VI is on the way to us, so all Grand Theft Auto fans can get ready to buy the digital game
It has been a long time coming, and it looks as if we are finally going to get something new for Grand Theft Auto VI to sink our teeth into. Sadly, it looks like we are going to have to wait a bit longer, as Rockstar Games does not have much to show us today. That is the bad news. The good news is that we only have to wait until August 27th to get to see a new look at Grand Theft Auto VI. A good deal before the November 19th release date, so this will probably be the bigger reveal for the game that we have had since its announcement. So big that there are not only going to be something on YouTube for it, but they have reached out to Netflix to also run the new look for us all. A weird choice, but maybe the synergy will help out both companies with the things that are going on between them. They do like all of their digital stuff nowadays…
That is where all of the good news ends, though, as there is not much given on what will be shown for Grand Theft Auto VI. Some of us can hold out hope that we are going to see a fully physical version in the announcement, or maybe some kind of film or TV tie-in given the streaming company’s involvement. That is just speculation, but it would follow suit with the push for all of the digital-only aspects to it all. Unless this will also be a way that they are announcing that Grand Theft Auto VI will not only be on the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, but also coming to the Netflix gaming platform for those who do not want to play on the consoles. That would feel like another slap to the face of some PC gamers out there, but not out of the realm of possibilities. We will have to wait and see what comes from it all in the next few weeks. Many of us are still holding out hope that we can right the ship of digital-only, and they are using the streaming giant to ensure that their showcase is seen by as many out there as possible.
Grand Theft Auto VI — An Extended Look Coming
Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look will premiere on Netflix Thursday, August 27 at 3 p.m. ET and will also launch on the official Rockstar Games YouTube channel and the Grand Theft Auto VI site at 9 p.m. ET on August 27.
Grand Theft Auto VI is coming November 19 to PlayStation 5 and XBOX Series X|S.
What do you think that we are going to see for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto VI extended look, and will it be something that will truly break the internet? Will this be a sly way to announce that the game is coming to the streaming service, or is it just a great way to make sure that the video is not slowed down for all of the gamers? What do you think the chances will be that we are getting a physical edition out of all of this, or is this going to be a double-down on the digital version? Let us hear it all out in the comment section down the page here. We might take jabs at it, but we are still excited to see what Grand Theft Auto VI is going to have for us. We would love to see it physically, and we will have that update on the website if it ever becomes a thing. Watch out here and on all of our social channels out there. We want to be able to sing the praises of the game, and have faith it could be coming soon.
