Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Gets 12 New Maps To Play In

Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2

More maps for Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 have been revealed and it looks like each side of Garden Warfare 2 gets six maps based around the faction

We all knew that Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 was going to bring a whole lot of new things when it came. New characters, new modes, and of course new maps. PopCap Games has been doing a great job of making the game feel new and not just making it feel like an expansion off of the original game. So it shouldn’t that big of a surprise that Garden Warfare 2 is going to have twelve different and new maps ready when the game hits the PC, Xbox One, and PS4 on February 23rd and we have our first look at them.

There isn’t much listed in terms of what little nuances that we can look forward to in these maps for Garden Warfare 2 but it does look like each side will get an equal amount of stylized maps for them. Of course this is all speculated based on the following video that EA provided to show them all off. Hopefully there will be some crazy things mixed based on what we see here for Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 and not just cool looking maps with no gameplay impact. Snow lands should do things in the backside or at least one would think.

Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 — 12 New Maps

It does look like Garden Warfare 2 is getting a few maps inspired by the Plants Vs Zombies 2 title based on the weird timelines and worlds. Ancient Egypt and Rome are represented and hopefully the dinosaur map is more than just a jungle filled with bones and lava. That would be the most generic way to do that and PopCap Games is generally more creative when it comes to all of this. Let’s hope that makes the jump over to Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 as well. I’m sure that it does.

What do you think of these new maps for Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2? Do you think that there will be more to them than just the aesthetics? Would you want to see something crazy like that happen in Garden Warfare 2 or just leave all of that to the different modes and affect nothing on the maps? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below. As we get more details and info from EA on Garden Warfare 2 we will bring it here for you. Be sure to keep on the lookout for more and stick around the site to not miss it.
