Mega Man: Dual Override
Mega Man will have his brother Proto Man by his side, as we head into the mix of things in Mega Man: Dual Override
When we hear the word Dual in a title like Mega Man: Dual Override, we do expect there to be other playable characters in the mix of things. We’ve seen that one of the main icons of Capcom will be in the game; his name is in the title, and now we get to see that his brother is coming back into the game. Yes, Proto Man will be joining Mega Man in this game, and now we get to see just how he’s going to handle himself in the game. A little bit with the normal gameplay, along with the new features we’re all going to need to master when the game drops in 2027 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PC. We’re going to need all the help we can get to bring down these new robot masters, so why not add this hero into the fight? Am I right?
For the most part, Proto Man is going to handle a lot like Mega Man in the game, which is not overly surprising, as it does make the gameplay a bit easier to learn out there. That said, he’s going to be coming with some of his own techniques and moves to be used out there. Specifically, when it comes to some of the close combat moves that we can expect from the character. Along with that, we’ll have a few Custom Chips to use in the mix, and Proto Man will have his own Override ability to help bring the robots of the world down. Not too shabby a character to add to the duo we should be expecting in Mega Man: Dual Override. You can get even more excited to see all the looks and gameplay of the character in the following video that we have to help showcase all of his prowess out there. Even if it does look as if we are only using them against the basic mobs of robots in the game at this time.
