The release date for Remorses is now set, and many of us will be playing Remorses within a few weeks
New terror is on the way this June, with Remorses getting a release date to haunt us all on the PC just a bit more. This would be the latest title that Twistedline Games have been working on, and have now placed a finish line for us all to get excited for. That line is now set as June 2nd for those who want to have a solid date to look at. Then again, those watching the Steam page for Remorses would have already known this. What they might have missed out on would be the new video that’s out there to announce this release and give us another look at the horror that the team has been cooking up. Let’s take that all in as we mark down when we can give the game a solid play. Thankfully, that is not a long way out for those who are getting excited for it all.
Those who’ve missed out on Remorses up to now, it’s a new horror that will have us doing some investigations out there, along with some witchcraft in the mix. Well, more than we will be playing someone who used to be an investigator of the supernatural, but had left that all behind for a bit. Until some new disappearances popped up and our investigator is pulled back into the world they left. One that will have them wandering through creepy environments, solving some mystical puzzles, and searching for ingredients for their own witch’s brew to use during the game’s events. The normal things one might expect in a horror game. Maybe not one named Remorses, but that will most likely build into the themes and story as something we are going to be remorseful over along the way. - Story — Remorses is a slow-burning horror experience. A heart-aching journey where tension builds gradually. The year is 1991 in Rivervalley, Lakota Territory. It is known for its history and for people going missing recently. Not long ago, rumors of witchcraft began to spread. Stories like these have surfaced before in Rivervalley. You play as Jake Lepistow, an investigator from Beaver Hills, Minnesota. He’s used to chasing legends and supernatural occurrences without ever having to face consequences. When a series of strange disappearances and hints of witchcraft reach him, he turns his attention to his next investigation. A story about an abandoned Westbrook’s Inheritance Mansion somewhere in the Rivervalley forest. The townspeople avoid it, terrified of its reputation and the rumors of a vengeful witch.
Why do you suspect that the game will be called Remorses? Will we only have the one poison we have to make in the run of things out there?
