Robocop: Rogue City
New updates for Robocop: Rogue City are here to give us all a new way to play and experience what Robocop has to offer
If you have enjoyed everything for Robocop: Rogue City up to now, then you will be glad to know that there is a new reason to hop back into the game again. A new update is out there from Teyon that will add a whole lot more into the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. All so we can relive the story and actions one more time as Robocop. As long as you are open to giving a New Game+ mode of the game a go and fly right through the game with all of those upgrades and changes from the start. That or to give the harder difficulties all a try now that our Murphy is back to a state that we needed from the jump of it all.
I make the joke about the difficulty for Robocop: Rogue City, as this update also offers up a new “There Will Be Trouble” difficulty in the mix. This looks to be the hardest mode that players can dive into and maybe use all of those upgrades to the best of their abilities. None of the specific details for this mode have been placed out there, but it is easy to assume it will make the enemies harder to take down and maybe more damage that Robocop will take from each of the shots fired. My guess is that it will also limit the number of items we will find in the mix to keep us locked and loaded. That would be what the name alludes to.
Robocop: Rogue City — New Game+
Get Robocop: Rogue City on PC, PS5, & XS X|S.
Welcome to Detroit; crime runs rampant as the city lies on the edge of ruin, people fighting for scraps as others live extravagant lives of luxury.
Control of the Detroit Police Department is given to the Omni Consumer Products corporation in an attempt to restore order. You are that solution, RoboCop, a cyborg tasked with protecting the city.
Given how well that Robocop: Rogue City has been received by all of the fans out there, this seems about the right time to give the world the New Game+ of it all. It would be nice to know what is coming in the new difficulty mode that is coming too. Also if we are going to need to play through the mode to unlock the new skins or not. I am guessing that we will be able to unlock it from the start so we do not need to go through Robocop: Rogue City for a third or fourth time to see him in a golden setting. Now we just need to wait to see if there is anything more to come after all of this and maybe some expanded story in the mix.
Have you had a chance to save the day with Robocop already or did you need another reason to go back and do it all again? Will we get to unlock the new skins from the start of the New Game+ or will it unlock afterward? Could all of this lead to a new bit of DLC to experience in the mix or just more difficulty options down the line? Take to the comments to discuss all of this and everything else that we have for the game. More is on the way for Robocop: Rogue City, so please keep on checking in here for all of that. I do hope we get a lot more for this title down the line too.
