The release date for Saint Kotar’s console version is set with Saint Kotar coming in early October this year
Last year, those that wanted to play Saint Kotar on the PC had their chance to do so with all of the console gamers feeling a little left out. This is not anything crazy or new, but it looks as if it was to give Red Martyr more time to make sure we were getting the best port over to the consoles when it was ready. This looks like it is close on the horizon with Saint Kotar now heading to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch on October 14th as of now. Pretty much a year after it was originally out there, but it is what it is when it comes to this title.
If you have missed out on Saint Kotar up to now, this is a physiological horror title that will have you solving some mystery along the way. Using many of the classic detective gameplay elements we have seen for a while and then some specifically designed for this story. A story that has two men on the hunt for their missing relative in a god-devoted town. We will need to jump between realities to help solve some of the puzzles in the world and discover all of the hidden things out there too. In this story-and-choice driven psychological horror detective game, you play as Benedek and Nikolay — two troubled godly men in search for their missing relative in an ancient God-devoted town called Sveti Kotar. Here, an unknown presence preys upon the weak and sways on devil worship and witchcraft. Evidence points to your missing relative being involved in the grisly murders and the occult, but what is the truth? Are you also to blame for what happened?
Will you put the pieces together and unravel the truth behind the town’s centuries-old horrid presence? Or is madness going to be your fate?
