Beneath
Even more gameplay for Beneath has dropped out there to highlight some of the new mysteries we will experience when Beneath launches
It is time to head to even further depths out there for Beneath with a bit of new gameplay that has been tossed our way out there. New gameplay that Camel 101 has put together to show off some of the facilities and world while also giving us some new threats to take in as we take on the role of a deep-sea diver in the game. All of that and that Beneath might be hiding even more under the hood for us when it does eventually launch on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC down the road. For now, let us dive into what we have here in terms of the new gameplay and let our minds wander with all of the madness that could be coming in the end.
Just as one would suspect for the new gameplay for Beneath, we get a whole lot of new tentacles coming at us and all manner of underwater imagery to throw us off and frighten Noah. The setting alone would be terrifying if we did not start to see more of the new creatures and beings that will be haunting us in the game. One of which looks quite a bit like a traditional Mindflayer from DnD lore, but that is something that pops up in cosmic horror all the time, so Beneath gets a bit of a pass. All so we can get to more of the explosions and gunplay that our deep-sea diver is going to need to handle in the mix of things too. That is the part I would like to get a bit of an explanation for, if I am being honest.
Beneath — Official Gameplay
Enjoy the latest gameplay trailer for Beneath, an upcoming first-person action-horror adventure where you play as deep-sea diver Noah Quinn. It will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Beneath is a heart-pounding action-horror adventure that takes place in the mysterious depths of the ocean.
The player is thrown into the role of Noah Quinn, a seasoned deep-sea diver who’s navigating a treacherous underwater world filled with terrors beyond the realm of imagination.
Armed with weapons and wits, exploring inside and outside the science stations, he must fight against all kinds of horrors if he wants to escape this nightmare scenario.
Does the new look at Beneath terrify you a bit more or is it leaning into the normal cosmic horror tropes a bit much? Will there be a good reason we are gun expert in the game or will we just need to accept that with video game logic out there? What other new beast will we need to fight with and will it truly be madness that we are fighting against in the game? Dive deeper on the page for the comments where you can join any discussion about all of this. We will have more for Beneath as we are offered it, so please keep on checking back here for all of those updates and the many others we are going to have along the way out there.
