A new survival horror title, Silver Chains, has been announced and Silver Chains will give us yet another story-driven first-person horror title to play
If you were in the market for another survival horror title in 2019, you may want to keep an eye out for Silver Chains as it looks like it is coming at us around then. Sometime in the Spring is the current timeline that Headup Games has set down and Cracked Heads Games is shooting for. All for the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. Might as well as cast a huge net out there for Silver Chains as it may be going up against a whole lot of other powerhouses at the time. Depending on when you think Spring is in the year and when the financial side of things claim the same. Either way, it is coming and we should note it.
Now you may be wondering what Silver Chains is specifically. That is what the following teaser is supposed to be for, but the short and dirty version is that it is a first-person, survival horror, game where the protagonist wakes up in an abandoned house after surviving a car accident. All set with the backdrop of rural England. Now he needs to find his way out of said house and the reason he is there in the first place. All while some unspeakable evil is hunting him down. More or less what we have for story on Silver Chains at this current point. It is not glossed over at all in the teaser here, but at least we get to see how the walking around will play out when we are in between puzzle solving.

After his car hit a tree on a stormy night, Peter wakes up in an old abandoned mansion, somewhere in England. He can’t remember why and how he got here, but soon he realizes that the house is not as abandoned as it seems.
While trying to find a way out of the house, Peter has to uncover the dark secrets of what has happened in this place. As he tries to find his way out, Peter discovers hints which indicate that he has already been here before. But by the time he’s starting to put the pieces of the puzzle together, something evil has picked up his trail…
Silver Chains is a first-person horror game with a strong emphasis on story and exploration. Search for clues within an old abandoned manor to unravel the truth about the terrible events which have happened here.
Solve puzzles to find out how you are connected to the mysteries of this place. But be careful: an evil lurks in the cold, dark masonry and it has already started hunting you…
