The launch for The Occultist is almost here, and we have a bit of a cinematic to show why we need to join #TheOccultist
Things are starting to get spooky out there at the Godstone, and that is why The Occultist is launching on the case. Well, more that he will be on the case on April 8th when the game officially launches on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. That does not stop DALOAR and Daedalic Entertainment from putting together a nice little launch trailer for us to see beforehand. It is quite a bit beforehand, but still something to get us excited for The Occultist. Especially as this new cinematic trailer is highlighting more of the main voice actor, we are going to be hearing a lot of. That voice being the one of Doug Cockle, the same one that brought Geralt to life before.

We have had our fun looking at The Occultist up to now with the many behind-the-scenes looks at the game, but all things need to come to an end. So, here we go with the final video that DALOAR has to share before the game launches on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC this coming April 8th. All to give us a deeper insight into the game, along with a good reason that things are going to be left up to us to figure out in The Occultist. Not just in puzzles and exploration in the game, but also along the lines of certain things being left vague for us. Sometimes it is to help keep the tension, and sometimes just to make us think of what darker horror could be lurking around in the game world. If all goes to plan, well, that could lead to one amazing title.

It is time to go behind the scenes yet again with The Occultist, as we get more of the audio to listen to when it comes to the game. Audio that is more of the score and ambient music we are going to have from DALOAR when the game does finally land out there on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. All of that is still slated for April 8th, if you had any worries that the game might have been delayed after the last update we had on the site. Thankfully, The Occultist is still on track, and we get to hear some of those tracks now. Along with all of that, a listen to the voice that is going to be kicking off some of the horror we will experience in the game. So much fun to be had out there.

It was starting to feel as if we were going to have to wait forever when it came to The Occultist landing on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. We have had a whole lot of fun looks and teases for the game from DALOAR up to now, along with a lot of behind-the-scenes looks at the game. Now, it looks as if the game is ready to hit the streets, and Daedalic Entertainment is ready to ship it out to us all over the place. Not just ready, but ready very soon with The Occultist having a full release on all of those platforms on April 8th. Just about one more month of waiting, and we will get to see what the Godstone has behind its walls.

It is not uncommon that stories aim to make the location we are experience as a character to itself, and that is what it looks like will be happening in The Occultist when we get to experience it. This time, though, it looks like DALOAR is using the game’s location as a way to draw us in and also give us more of the nightmares we can expect to experience in The Occultist. That is what the recent developer diary and gameplay for the game are telling us. Things might be different once Daedalic Entertainment brings the game to the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC, but here we get to see just what the developers are going for when it comes to the massive location we will find ourselves wandering about. Things are starting to pick up for #TheOccultist, as we have a bit more of the gameplay to look at so we can get ready for all of the haunting journey that is on in the way in 2026. Sure, that is still a ways off, but DALOAR is working hard on it all and is ready to show us where the game is after quite a bit of a break. Not to mention Daedalic Entertainment did offer this up for a special event here recently, to make sure more knew about The Occultist was coming to the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC.
