The horrors of Hellraiser are finally here, with the launch of Clive Barker’s #Hellraiser: Revival into our world
All of the anticipation is over, and the pain is ready to seep in, with the launch that we have for Clive Barker’s #HellraiserGame: Revival. With October 9th pretty much here, as of this writing, and some players having the chance to experience what Saber Interactive has been working on, it is time to celebrate the launch of this new title. A launch that landed perfectly for #Halloween and all of the frights that we should be enjoying. Not to mention, all of the other fun that the Hellraiser IP is ready to give us all when not on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC. With that all said, let us have a look at all of the sights that the Cenobites are ready to bring us with the game officially launching out into the wild.

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of #videogames on the site this week
We can finally put a pin in this week and kick back and enjoy all of our video games out there. It was a bit of a slower one, in terms of news, but there were a few good things that did land. I will blame it on the many, many releases we had this week, with #SilentHill: Townfall and #MarsAttracts joining the ranks of the many others that hit this week. Even if it is time to gear up for #Halloween and the spookier games like Clive Barker’s #HellraiserGame: Revival and #StupidNeverDies, there are many other video games that will be landing in the coming weeks. So many are still coming to drive the terror into us, along with all of the other real-world immersive experiences that are on the way.

Take in a new gameplay overview for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, and see how we are going to have so much of the #Hellraiser IP
Just a few more weeks before Saber Interactive brings the pain to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC, with the full release for Clive Barker’s #HellraiserGame: Revival. A title we have all been waiting for, and learning quite a bit about as we head closer to finishing the configuration. We recently had a look at some of the other enemies we will be facing off with in the game, and now it is time to get further into some of the real gameplay of the game. Some of it will use the supernatural elements that we have seen in Hellraiser up to now, and other elements will have us using many of the basic tools that we would expect in the real world. All in a solid horror setting of things, so let us have a little look at just how that is all going to go down.

Peel back a new look at some antagonists in the Hellraiser universe, with a new look at Clive Barker’s #Hellraiser: Revival
Just when you thought that pain-worshiping gods were going to be enough in Clive Barker’s #HellraiserGame: Revival, we have the next wave of antagonists entering the scene. They are nothing that Saber Interactive has kept fully secret up to now, but we officially have our first look at the Scarlet Church and just what levels of pain they might be bringing to the table out there. They are a cult in the Hellraiser universe that also seems to worship the same levels of pain and depravity that the Cenobites do, so it makes perfect sense. Not to mention, they have their own motivations to stop us along the way to get the new configuration in our hands. Let us have a little look at just what the Scarlet Church is going to bring us in the game when it hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC on October 8th.

New items for pre-order are here for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival to make sure we have all of the pain in #Hellraiser: Revival
They have been open for a while now, but here is a good reminder that you can still pre-order Clive Barker’s #HellraiserGame: Revival in the various forms that the game is coming in. It looks as if this push is for the digital version of the game, but Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games do have the physical forms coming on October 8th as well, before you get up in a tizzy about that. This is more to tell us all what little extras we will have when heading into Hellraiser: Revival if we do so on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC. Yes, the game is now also coming to the Switch 2, as the first little surprise that we have to share with the pre-orders you might have already made out there.

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of #videogames on the site this week
One more week in the bag, and Gods do we have a big one coming up. Even with this week doing a lot of build-up to #SDCC, we had so many video games out there with an announcement or one that is in the works. Clive Barker’s #HellraiserGame: Revival is going strong, and we had teases of what was on the way for #ControlResonant and Aliens: #FireteamElite2. A few of the video games that will be on display during #SDCC2026. Not to mention that #StageTour will have more to play with new tracks and a build out there for us all to hammer into. So much is going down, and so shortly after all of the other events that claimed all of the attention in the past month. It is an exciting time, for sure.
