Take On The Many Different Enemies Of Days Gone

Days Gone

The next world video series for Days Gone is here to show us that there are more than just basic zombies in Days Gone

The world of Days Gone is expanding yet again for us. Not in terms of size or extra DLC that has been announced, but in the way of more knowledge of what is going on out there in the wastes of the world. This time it is all about the different Freakers that Bend Studio is filling in for us. Some of which we have seen a whole lot of as they are the general shamblers we have seen in all of the other videos leading up to now. There just also happens to be a few other classes of Freakers in Days Gone that we may have missed and that is what we have here today. Unless you really wanted to be surprised when it hits the PS4 on April 26th.

In addition to the general Freakers or Swarmers that we have seen in Days Gone, we also get to see Screamers that will draw in more of the hordes. We also have others that seem skittish until you are down on health and then they will swoop in. Also, some new Brutes that do about what you imagine them to do. All of which may team up in ways to make things even worse for you while traveling the world of Days Gone. Not too many surprises though as that seems to be about the case for all of these kinds of games in the past decade. We truly need a new class of Zombie out there that we have not seen before.

Days Gone — Fighting To Survive

This World Comes For You. Are you ready to fight?

Something that did catch my eye in this video here had to be how some of the special attack animations play out in Days Gone. Like the fact that Deacon swinging on one of the horde while the rest stand there like ninjas waiting their turn to move in. I am sure there is a good reason for this, but it does feel a bit weird when you know in general they will always be swarming and hitting you. This could be a balancing thing in Days Gone, but it is a bit off-putting to me to see it. That and it also looks like some of the visuals have been downgraded in a specific section here; as if we would not spot it.

What are your thoughts on the enemies we get to see here in Days Gone today? Do you also find it weird that there is the waiting few while going through specific animations or does it make sense to keep things flowing well? What about the visuals that we get to see here and how they look downgraded for me? Do you see them too? Let us all know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss down in the comments. For more on Days Gone, be sure to keep swinging by here. We will keep all of the updates coming at you as best that we can.
