Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy
The release date for Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy is out there, and we will be playing Remothered before this Halloween hits us all
It feels as if this should have been known by now, but we finally have a release date for the upcoming Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy. With all that we’ve seen for the game so far from Stormind Games, it feels like this should have been something we knew from before. It could be that they have been holding out to drop the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC at the same time. At this point, it doesn’t really matter, as Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy will be hitting all of those platforms on October 27th. That nice little sweet spot to give us all of the horror we might want before Halloween fully hits us. Let’s see what we could all be playing instead of heading out to the witchy locations of the world.
To go along with this new announcement for Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy, we have a bit more gameplay to look at, so we want to pick the game up in a few months. In this little bit, we get to hear a little more about a bride that is in the wild out there and see how we’re going to need to learn to swing some weapons if we want to survive all of these horrors. Of course, there’s not much in deeper detail to dive into with all of it for Remothered, but in this instance, this is a good thing. Just enough to get us all excited, but not too much to spoil what we are going to want to play in October. You can have a look at all of this a bit further down, and then see about diving into the lore a little bit later on. As long as you’re looking to spoil any of the events that will be unfolding in this new part of the series. I’m just excited that we now have a solid date to look at for this game.
Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy — Release Date
When her daughter disappears inside an isolated residence at the foot of Mount Etna, Susan must descend into a nightmare of hidden rooms, buried memories, and relentless human Stalkers. To find her, she will uncover the forgotten origins of the Red Nun and secrets that reach deep into her own family.
Red Nun’s Legacy introduces more ways than ever to fight back against the terror and expand your exploration. Utilize limited melee weapons to keep the Stalkers at bay, and conjure hypnosis powers to uncover new hidden pathways and secrets in the villa.
Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy features the voices of Cissy Jones (The Walking Dead, Life Is Strange, BAFTA winner for Firewatch) and Maggie Robertson (Lady Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village), as well as a soundtrack composed by the legendary Akira Yamaoka (Silent Hill).
Key Features:
- Survive Horrific Stalkers — Challenge your survival instinct to escape murderous enemies: hide, evade, and fight back in critical moments. Every mistake can be fatal.

Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy will launch on PC, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on October 27.
Were you expecting to see this Remothered title launching a bit earlier than we have here? Does it make sense to drop it only days before the biggest spooky day of the year? How will this bride fit into the larger story of the world we’ve had built out there? Do you think that we’ll get a small demo for the game just ahead of the launch so we can test drive some of the gameplay features we’re going to need to master? Let’s have it all out there in the comment section down the page here. We’ll see what else will come for Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy, now that we have a release date for the game. If you want to see and hear all of that as we get it, then you’ll want to watch the site and follow all of our socials to ensure that you’re not missing out on a single thing.
