It is time to take a trip into another world for The Medium, as we have a new behind the scenes video to show us how the game is being made and a whole different side of things than we have had before. Kind of like the premise of the game but more so Bloober Team can drop some news out there on the story for the game and show off more gameplay as we wait for it to hit the PC and Xbox Series X later this year. An amazing call if you ask me as it does give us a better look at the world of The Medium. More on the spirit world of things over the physical one at that. Something that has always grabbed my attention when it comes to entertainment and stories out there.
It looks like the spirit world in The Medium will be a twisted version of the real one that is shaped by the passions of those in the physical one. I am guessing that this is to stere away from some of those religious implications that could cause a whole lot of issues out there, but also to give the artists a bit more to work with in general. It does look rather impressive so far. Mix in the fact that it looks like we are going to be one of those mediums that solve crimes in The Medium, it looks like it could be one trip of an adventure. I just hope that they stepped up the game as they claim when it comes to the horror of it all. Jumps are fun, but true dread and tension always speaks to me much more.
